Vice President of Administration

In her role as VP of Administration at WomenVenture, Addie oversees human resources, integrated technology, facilities management, and organizational culture. She is passionate about advancing WomenVenture’s internal systems and cultivating a workplace culture that supports innovation, inclusion, and well-being. Addie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in finance, innovation, and organizational management, and earned her MBA from Colorado State University with a specialization in Sustainable Enterprise. Prior to her current role, Addie held positions in operations, business analysis, and production management, gaining experience in clean energy, small business lending, and startup growth. She is certified in human resources, leadership, data analytics, CRM systems, and is a qualified IDI administrator.
