Director of Franchise Support (US) - Anytime Fitness

Purpose Brands

Alicia Mikelonis grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana before relocating to Minnesota, where she joined Purpose Brands (formerly Self Esteem Brands) 9 years ago.  Starting as a Franchise Business Consultant coaching owners in taking over existing Anytime Fitness clubs, she has since progressed into a leadership role as the Director of Franchise Support for U.S. based clubs.  In this capacity, Alicia leads her team to be change agents, motivating and guiding franchisees to improve operational efficiency, strategically align and grow with the Anytime Fitness brand, and increase revenue and profitability.

With over 20 years of diverse experience in the legal field, fitness industry, sales, real estate management, and business ownership, she has honed a versatile skill set that contributes significantly to her current role.  She is continuing her learning journey studying behavioral economics to bring a new skill set to life, further enhancing her ability to drive meaningful change, foster innovation, and lead her team to achieve greater success.

In addition to fulfilling her professional purpose, Alicia fulfills her life purpose as a mother of three: Hanna (19), Colton (13) and Elena (8).
