I'm Caitlyn Cole, an Associate Director in Finance with over 10 years of experience, predominately supporting healthcare companies. I have a passion for using skills I've acquired to help teams advance impactful company objectives that ultimately improve lives.

Outside of work, my passions are spending time with my family, traveling and anything that involves being outdoors.
I am excited to join the Women in Leadership Advisory Board. I hope to bring my experiences and energy to the program and thrilled at the opportunity.
