I currently work as a Marine Crewing Specialist for Key Lakes Inc./Great Lakes Fleet. In this role, I use the knowledge and experience I’ve gained in my master’s degree and various applied experiences to maintain and improve employees’ life cycle processes. I am excited to have the opportunity to sit on the Women in Leadership Board of Advisors and share my experiences as a woman in a leadership position, as well as learn from other’s experiences.
