Hello, my name is Colleen DeMiglio. I am currently a Clinic Manager for Twin Cities Orthopedics. My job is managing all aspects of clinic operations at two high profile and busy clinicals sites. My passions include providing patients with an exceptional healthcare experience, mentoring young professionals, and creating connections with employees, support staff, and patients alike.

My background has taken me from the sports sidelines, as my education was focused on Athletic Training and Sports Medicine. As the world, and job market evolved, I quickly learned that I would need to evolve with it. I have worked many of the frontline jobs that I now have the privilege of managing. I am grateful for the leaders that I have encountered over the years, who have helped shape me into the leader I am today.
