Darlene Roy-Johnson is a women’s leadership coach and career consultant who is dedicated to helping corporate women leaders rise above the complex challenges they face in both their personal and professional lives. This includes managing their team during very chaotic times, balancing their overwhelming responsibilities, minimizing their on-going perfectionism, striving to become an extraordinary women leader and much more. In order to overcome these challenges and achieve measurable results, she works hand in hand with her clients to co-create customized leadership and career development solutions.

Darlene’s professional background includes over 25 years of experience developing leaders and teams in corporate America, Europe and South America. She began her career as a Training Specialist and moved into a Global Learning and Development Leader. During that time, she also created, managed and directed three successful corporate learning and development departments. Darlene received her BSB from the University of Minnesota, MBA from the University of St. Thomas and graduated from five Professional Coaching programs.
