Deanna Bourbeau is a Senior Software Development Manager at Dayforce with more than 25 years in the software industry and over 15 years in leadership roles. She’s led teams across a range of engineering disciplines, including quality assurance and software development, and is passionate about fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation in her teams. Beyond her career, Deanna is a dedicated wife, mom to two daughters, and an active 4-H Club leader. She’s known for her strong communication skills, her ability to bring people together, and her belief that great leadership starts with empathy and curiosity. When she’s not leading teams or mentoring others, you can often find her cruising to new destinations or enjoying time at Disney World with her family.
