Assistant MEP ManagerSchwickert's Tecta America, LLCDeb Miller is the Assistant MEP Manager at Schwickert’s Tecta America, LLC. Deb started at Schwickert’s in 2001 and since then has done basically every administrative job duty within the company. In her current position, Deb assists the MEP Vice President and is responsible for monitoring the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing departments operational and production processes to ensure high-quality work is being done and achieve the highest client satisfaction.
She joins the senior management team in implementing corporate decisions to enhance the efficiency and stability of the company to provide timely services for customers, both internally and externally. Deb also reviews financials, identifies cost-reduction methods, and develops opportunities to generate revenue and increase profits. This job is a combination of administration, leadership, sales, and support that enables proper functioning of the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing departments per the company’s mission and goals. Deb has a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and the ability to think analytically and with initiative. She thrives in an environment that allows her to contribute to larger goals and be part of a team. Some of the trainings she has participated in include Fundamentals of Leadership, Communicating Performance Feedback and Supervision Fundamentals. Deb is always looking for new challenges for personal growth and to continue to grow in her career. |
