Senior Project Manager

Schoenfelder Renovations

I began my construction career in 1999 as an interior designer, then became a kitchen and flooring department manager. In 2004, I joined a general contractor, starting as a laborer before quickly advancing to service manager, project manager, and lead project manager — building and renovating hundreds of homes. After the 2008 crash closed the company, I pursued a degree in Construction Management, graduating in 2010. I earned my builder’s license and launched Hilltop Construction Services but soon accepted a project manager role overseeing multimillion-dollar homes in MN’s western suburbs.

Meanwhile, my photography hobby turned into a thriving business. I founded I Love Photography, which supported my family for eight years. But construction called me back. In 2021, I began purchasing and remodeling properties in MN and FL, running them as Airbnb rentals under Mother of Pearl Homes.

In 2023, ready for my next chapter, I joined Schoenfelder Renovations, leading national commercial projects in hotels, multifamily, and senior living. With two decades of experience, I lean into my strengths: a bubbly, organized, fair "girl builder" committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and with full awesomeness!
