Elizabeth Hoch is a seasoned insurance professional with over 20 years of experience in casualty broking, client service, and operations. Throughout her career, she has been a client-centric strategist, known for her ability to lead change, negotiate solutions, and drive growth.

In her role as the SVP and Director of Client Service Strategy at WTW, Elizabeth played a key role in shaping regional business strategies to align with corporate objectives. She led multi-disciplined teams, while managing large accounts, and negotiating terms with carrier partners.

Prior to her role at WTW, Elizabeth was the Commercial Lines Manager at USI Insurance Services, where she led a team of 30 professionals through changes that included the acquisition of Wells Fargo Insurance Services. She also held a leadership role at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting, where she helped build a high-performing, client-focused team.

Elizabeth's leadership style is grounded in fostering transparency, employee engagement, and process improvement. She is invested in empowering women in leadership and looks forward to supporting the next generation of leaders.
