Strategist

As a Strategist at Gillette Children's, now in my ninth year, I am passionate about driving transformative and sustainable change through process improvement. I collaborate with leaders at all levels to enhance operations, ensuring that every employee and patient experiences the best we have to offer. I also help organize our process improvement training and lead our Process Improvement Collaborative.

With an undergraduate degree in Intercultural Studies and an MBA with a certificate in Healthcare Administration from St. Mary's University, I bring a strong foundation in strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and leadership. I value building trust, facilitating honest conversations, and leveraging relationships and creativity to drive meaningful progress.

Beyond my professional work, I am a mom to three young boys and wife to my best friend, Peter. We love spending time outdoors, camping in our pop-up camper, and tackling DIY projects. As a real estate investor and owner of three rental properties, I enjoy the challenge of creating and maintaining valuable spaces.

I am honored to serve on this board and look forward to contributing my experience and passion for continuous improvement, strategic growth, and fostering strong relationships.
