He has led the development and launch of products designed with deep customer insight, partnering closely with customers to deliver solutions that create mutual and sustainable value.

In his current role within 3M’s Abrasives Systems Division, Fahad is responsible for global portfolio strategy and P&L leadership, working across R&D, marketing, supply chain, and manufacturing to translate customer needs into successful commercial outcomes. His experience spans B2B and consumer environments, with expertise across safety, consumer, traffic, graphics, and industrial industries.
