Heather has a CPA background and over 8 years of Big-4 public accounting experience, followed by over a decade of industry experience leading complex business transactions and M&A.

A firm believer that "variety is the spice of life," she balances out the technical and demanding aspects of her role with fun team-building activities, ongoing personal and professional training and development, and plenty of stress-reducing physical activity!

Heather has served in several advisory and board roles and believes in the value of diverse perspectives. She thrives in collaborative team settings and in cultivating long-term meaningful relationships.

She and her husband, Jesse, and son, Silas, love all things MN lake life!
