Julie Grages Olson is a dedicated leader with over 25 years of experience in the social services industry. As a Senior Director at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres (MORA), Julie spearheaded the development of the Case Management program, growing it into a team of 80 professionals serving over 2,500 individuals. Prior to her tenure at MORA, she served as Chief Operating Officer for a residential company, demonstrating her expertise in organizational leadership and program development. Julie’s passion for helping others has been the driving force behind her career.

Beyond her professional life, Julie is a devoted mother to three boys and three dogs. She and her husband, Eric, reside in the small town of Cologne, MN. Julie brings her leadership, advocacy, and deep-rooted passion for service to the Women’s Leadership Advisory Board, where she is committed to empowering others and driving meaningful change.
