I’m a SHRM‑CP certified HR professional with eight years of experience supporting people, culture, and organizational growth. I currently serve as the Manager of People Enrichment and Compliance at a biotech company in Minneapolis, where I lead initiatives that strengthen employee development, uphold ethical practices, and create an environment where people feel supported and empowered.

I’m known for being a steady, grounding leader — a pillar of strength and comfort for those I work with. I’m also an active member of our Women’s Empowerment Employee Resource Group, where I help create space for women to grow, lead, and uplift one another. My goal is to continue uplifting women’s voices and shaping spaces where we can all grow and lead with confidence and grace.
