At the Minnesota Department of Human Services, I lead systems transformation initiatives including the Tribal Collective and Moving Home Minnesota, managing federally funded projects to improve access and outcomes across the state. My background spans nonprofit and government leadership, stakeholder engagement, housing operations, and quality systems—all grounded in a commitment to inclusive, community-based solutions.
