Kodi has a diverse background in agriculture sales and marketing, including experiences with multi-national organizations and an early stage start up.  She is currently the Commercial Engagement Lead at Valent U.S.A. Prior to her current position, she spent time at an early stage SaaS start up bring new innovations to poultry producers, spent time at JR Simplot as the Director of Marketing for Innvictis, and prior to that, spent over 13 years with Monsanto Company and Bayer Crop Science.

​Throughout her career she has held a variety of roles spanning across sales, account management, global regulatory affairs, business strategy, marketing and customer experience. Kodi’s passion is building and implementing customer-centered experiences. She has a M.S. in Agricultural Education and a B.S. in Animal Sciences, both from the University of Arizona.
