Kristin is a seasoned leader, motivational speaker, and author passionate about empowering others to lead with grit, purpose, and strength. As the Director of Product & Strategic Partnerships, she drives innovation and sustainable growth through thoughtful collaboration, purpose-driven strategy, and a relentless focus on impact. Her work centers on building strong communities and networks, elevating prevention efforts, and delivering meaningful solutions to clients and members.

Beyond her corporate role, she is the author of The GPS Mindset: Grit, Purpose, and Strength, a book inspired by her journey through chronic illness, depression, and rediscovering her inner power. A former Ironman World Championship athlete, she now speaks nationally about resilience, mindset shifts, and overcoming adversity—especially for women navigating personal and professional challenges.

She joined the Women’s Leadership board to help create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and confident in owning their voices. She believes deeply in the power of community, shared stories, and leading with authenticity. Her greatest joy comes from helping others rise while staying grounded in what matters most: family, purpose, and showing up—no matter what.
