She is recognized as a driven, collaborative, diligent, and caring professional praised for organization and communication skills that have enhanced successful program development, coordination, and leadership. Her work is rooted in a commitment to accessibility, diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

Krystal was a special education teacher for 8 years and has served in district-wide leadership roles for 12+ years. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Students Services with St. Louis Park Schools and is a SpEd Forms Advisory Committee member.
