Lauren Hertz is a lawyer at Piper Sandler. She works primarily with Piper’s Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking groups. She uses her interpersonal skills and years of legal and capital markets experience and knowledge to collaborate with bankers and work with them to negotiate and execute transactions in the private and public markets. She also manages litigation and other matters involving those departments. Lauren grew up in California and now lives in Minnesota with her husband and three kids.
