I was born and raised in Southern Minnesota, where I continue to live today. With over 20 years of experience in the long-term care industry, I have built a career as both a Foundation Director and HR professional. I am deeply passionate about employee growth and mentorship, and I believe in fostering an environment where staff members thrive. My long tenure in the field has led to meaningful relationships, making my workplace feel like an extended family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three boys, and two grandchildren. I take pleasure in outdoor activities such as boating, swimming, and watching my children's sporting events, all of which offer a balance to my busy professional life. Embracing the perks of small-town living, I value the tight-knit community and the opportunities it provides for both personal and professional fulfillment.
