Megan Reinbold Wickmann is the Sustainability and Compliance Leader for Cummins Distribution Business, where she leads a global team to execute on Cummins Destination Zero strategy. Through her career, she has led teams of entry-level through retiree in engineering, customer support and strategic functions, mentored through women’s and other affinity groups, and loves hosting professional development seminars. A common theme of her coaching and mentorship is finding a way to put your passion to work.

She holds a B.S. in Engineering Astronautics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, has an MBA in Sustainability Strategy from the Carlson School of Management, and certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. Outside of work, Megan enjoys board service, loves cooking, gardening, jigsaw puzzles and curling and spending time with her family.
