Melyssa McDonough, MS, BCBA, LBA, is the State Director of Behavior Supports with REM Minnesota, with extensive experience in leadership, supervision, and applying Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) in human services. She specializes in equipping supervisors and managers with evidence-based tools to improve staff performance, foster accountability, and strengthen organizational systems.

With a strong background in supervising diverse teams, Melyssa is passionate about mentoring leaders to enhance evaluation, feedback, and ethical decision-making skills. Her expertise in OBM, combined with clinical and administrative experience, allows her to bridge theory and practice—helping organizations move beyond guesswork to data-driven solutions.
