Update the bio to the following:  Leadership and development professional with over 25+ years of experience helping teams and individuals reach their highest potential .  My career has spanned sales strategy, team leadership, driving multili-million dollar growth at Schwan's company as well as mentoring emerging leaders within the food industry by being actively involved in the intern/mentor program on multiple platforms. My background at Starbucks and Delaware North taught me that great results come from great people - and effective coaching is the bridge between the two.  I want to help individuals and organizations thrive by unlocking performance through learning, engagement and authentic leadership.
