Molly is a Technical Resource Engineer for County Materials Corporation and has held roles in engineering, management, and product and business development. Through her experiences, she has become a leader in the male-dominated fields of manufacturing and construction and is passionate about uplifting fellow women to create diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Molly holds a bachelor's degree in physics, master's degree in mechanical engineering, and a graduate certificate in advanced manufacturing from the University of St. Thomas.
