I’m Molly Zarins, a passionate Training Specialist and Instructional Designer dedicated to creating innovative learning solutions that empower professionals and drive organizational success. My expertise spans product training, SaaS, digital print technology, and color management, giving me a unique perspective on both technical and creative challenges.

I earned my B.S. in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, along with a Fine Art Minor in Graphic Design. This combination of business strategy and design thinking has shaped my ability to develop impactful training programs, craft engaging content, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Throughout my career, I’ve championed continuous learning and collaboration, leveraging my skills in graphic design, video production, and technical writing to create experiences that inspire confidence and competence. I’m deeply committed to mentorship and advancing women in leadership, and I believe in breaking barriers and creating opportunities for others to lead with authenticity and influence.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, reading, baking, and spending time with my husband and daughter. I thrive on creativity and lifelong learning—values that align perfectly with my mission to support and elevate women leaders across industries.
