She most recent served as a former President of Government Markets at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and CEO of Blue Plus. As an award-winning healthcare executive, Engel consistently delivered exceptional business results with a customer-centric approach, addressing many complex challenges and identifying transformative opportunities within the healthcare industry. Monica also enjoys helping women leaders to grow in their careers and in business through work she does within the Women's Health Leadership TRUST, Women Business Leaders and now with the Minnesota State University Mankato Women in Leadership with AI Driven Engagement Cert.
