Along the way to becoming CEO, I learned how each role connects to the others, and how people change, for good or ill, as they operate at different capacities. Communicating in all directions, while being perceived differently as my job title changed, proved to be one of the most powerful experiences of my life.

For me, the true fulfillment of my journey lies in sharing what I’ve learned to empower other women.
