A committed change agent, Nicky cultivates shared ownership and accountability across teams and leverages her experience to empower others and accelerate meaningful impact. With a strong focus on collaboration, operational efficiency and strategic insight, she is dedicated to building structures that enable sustainable growth, innovation and alignment with broader institutional goals.

In her role on the Advisory Board of the Women in Leadership with AI-Driven Engagement Program at Minnesota State University, Mankato, Nicky brings her passion for elevating women leaders, embedding digital fluency into leadership practice, and translating strategy into action. She looks forward to helping shape a program that not only advances leadership excellence but also amplifies engagement through the intersection of AI, influence and human connection.
