Nikki Longie is an established leader of diverse Multi-Family asset types, showcasing creative problem-solving and team development techniques.

As a Regional Property Manager for Willow Bridge, Nikki successfully oversees the production, lease-up or renovation of units, and operations of a portfolio of Residential Communities in the Twin Cities market. She develops the operational requirements and budgets for a product type that is new to the market, along with instituting exceptional best-practice policies and procedures. She has a passion for providing a customer-focused living environment for all multi-family product types and ensures the successful implementation and operation of each community she represents.

Nikki has over 15 years of operational experience in the Multi-Family sector and holds a degree from the University of St. Thomas. She is also active in her community and volunteers with several different projects in the Twin Cities. She is a part-time coach for her son’s many athletic ventures and loves spending her time helping her family find the fun in life.
