Rebecca is an experienced HR and organizational development leader who excels in team-building initiatives, enhancing the employee experience, and cultivating positive workplace culture. She is passionate about recognizing the potential in people and firmly believes that growth is the foundation of meaningful work.
 
Throughout her career, Rebecca has successfully led initiatives that reduced employee turnover, strengthened workplace culture, and supported organizational change. She has also designed and implemented training programs for executives and managers focused on skill development, leadership growth, and navigating change with confidence.
 
Rebecca believes in never being comfortable with the status quo. She views change as an opportunity and encourages embracing it as the new normal.
