Ruta has led large, multidisciplinary teams, managed global P&Ls, and advanced scientific and technical excellence for customers worldwide. Her leadership roles at Pall Corporation and MilliporeSigma spanned general management, scientific services, marketing, and commercial strategy- each distinguished by strong business results, high employee engagement, and industry shaping thought leadership. She holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. Ruta has been recognized with multiple leadership and service awards and has served in prominent professional roles, including chairing the AAPS Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering section.
