Sara Conrad, PTA, ART, APP, has her ATPA advanced proficiency in orthopedics, is an Active Release Techniques Elite Provider (EP), an APTA credentialed clinical instructor, and specializes in working with runners at Twin Cities Orthopedics, where she is co-lead of the running specialty and works with Minnesota Distance Elite (Minnesota’s professional running team). Sara serves on the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy, where she is the Continuing Education Chair, as well as the FSBPT, where she serves on the Ethics and Legislation Committee. Outside of work, Sara is an avid trail runner, enjoys hiking, winter sports, traveling, and spending time with family.
