Senior Customer Support ManagerProcore TechnologiesAs a Senior Manager of Customer Support Enablement at Procore, I oversee the dedicated team responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our entire Support Department. This includes everything from initial onboarding to advanced, ongoing learning initiatives that ensure our team remains best-in-class. My role also involves driving the strategic evolution of our enablement framework, working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders to align our training efforts with broader business objectives and continuously elevate the customer support experience.
Additionally, I proudly serve as a Global Co-Lead for Procore's Women's Impact Network ERG, focusing on fostering partnerships with allies and developing and supporting our community. |
