My name is Sara Stebbins, and I am the Director of Early Childhood Services at Families First of Minnesota, where I have served in leadership for over 9 years. With a background in Social Work and Professional Studies, I bring a deep commitment to supporting families through access to critical early childhood services, including quality child care and all things that support early learning for families and children.

I am a graduate of the Collaborative Leadership Fellows program and passionate about community-based leadership and advocacy. I support professional development for my staff, encouraging them to pursue both academic and personal growth. I try to encourage thoughtful and grounded leadership, with a mission to ensure everyone feels heard and seen—whether it's the families we serve or the team I support.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my husband and spending time with adult children and their families. Though an introvert at heart, once I get talking about my passions—I might just talk your ear off!
