Director of Customer Success

Sheena Shoemaker is a dynamic leader in customer success and business strategy, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at zSpace, Inc. With a strong background in education, technology, and leadership, she excels at optimizing processes, driving revenue growth through exceptional customer experiences, and developing high-impact training initiatives.

A former CTE Health Science and Science educator, Sheena has taught at Wichita USD 259, Maize School District, and Wichita State University-Tech. She has also served as a CTE Coordinator for Minnesota Virtual Academy and a Board Member of the Women in Leadership Program at Minnesota State University – Mankato. Her strategic and results-driven approach to leadership fuels her passion for mentorship, organizational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration, empowering the next generation of leaders.

Sheena’s journey from educator to tech enthusiast highlights her dedication to transforming education through cutting-edge technology, particularly in integrating AR/VR into classrooms. She believes that every day is an opportunity to learn, grow, and inspire positive change!

When she’s not in the office or the classroom, you’ll find Sheena coaching future leaders on the volleyball court, chasing her pups, and cherishing time with her family.
