Experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with over 15 years in the field, currently serving as the Medical Coordinator for the Anoka County Jail. My career has been rooted in mental health and community health services, where I’ve developed a deep understanding of complex patient needs and systemic care delivery.

As a seasoned supervisor, I take pride in building strong, cohesive teams and fostering an environment where others can thrive. I’m passionate about motivating individuals to reach their full potential—identifying their unique strengths and supporting their growth through mentorship and skill development.
