Susie Kukkonen is VP, Channel and Operations for the Assessments group at Wiley, working to unlock individual and collective human potential through impactful learning and development experiences. Wiley Assessments brands include Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, The Leadership Challenge, and PXT Select. Susie has been part of this business for 26 years, first with the DiSC business before it was acquired by Wiley in 2012.

​For much of her career, she was focused on the Product Development side of the business, leading the teams that create world-class solutions for our Partners, their clients, and learners in the classroom. She also co-authored The Work of Leaders: How Vision, Alignment, and Execution Will Change the Way You Lead. For the past seven years, she has taken on a leadership role overseeing the Partner Channel, later adding Operations and Engagement, which includes communication and culture advocacy.
