Director, Human Resources

Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology

Vicki Heinz is the head of Human Resources at the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology.  Vicki leads the development and execution of HR strategy including physician recruitment and credentialing.  

Vicki has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources previously serving as VP of Human Resources at SCA Health, part of Optum Health, AVP of Human Resources at Prime Therapeutics, and on the Human Resources team at Alliant Techsystems, an aerospace and defense company. Vicki also has non-profit experience working at both United Way and American Cancer Society.  She has also served on the boards of the Prime Foundation and Juvenile Diabetes Fund.

Vicki is recognized for her leadership, ability to establish transformative strategies in talent management, her business partnership, and work in diversity, equity, and inclusion.  Vicki was recognized as a "Notable Leader in DEI" by the Twin Cities Business in 2022 for her work building the DEI strategy from the ground up at Prime Therapeutics and helping to launch the Prime Foundation, which included establishing bylaws, committees, recruiting and training board members, as well as establishing the grant appropriation process and committee.
