Senior Learning and Development Specialist

Cassandra Broneak brings a multidisciplinary background in sociology, anthropology, and education, with a strong commitment to equity and inclusion. Her work integrates the principles of andragogy and educational technology to support diverse learning environments. Cassandra has contributed to research in computer science at the National Center for Computer Science Education and participated as a researcher in environmental studies funded by the National Science Foundation.

Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Cirrus Aircraft within the Product Development department, she leads initiatives that enhance workforce education and technical training. In addition to her corporate role, Cassandra is a small business owner. Her passion for lifelong learning, inclusive practices, and cross-sector collaboration fuel her passions of making work and education better. Outside of her professional life, Cassandra enjoys art, caring for animals, and spending quality time with her family as a devoted mother and spouse.
